Who is Ella Emhoff?
Ella Rose Emhoff is an American artist, fashion designer, and model. She is the daughter of Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff and stepdaughter of Vice President Kamala Harris.
Emhoff was born in 1999 and raised in Los Angeles, California. She attended Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she studied fine arts and fashion design. In 2021, she founded her own company, Soft Hands Inc., which explores opportunities in fashion design, creative consulting, and hosting.
Fashion Career
Emhoff's fashion career took off after she wore a custom Miu Miu coat and dress to the Biden-Harris inauguration in January 2021. The outfit quickly went viral, and Emhoff was praised for her unique style.
Since then, she has modeled for brands such as Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, and Marc Jacobs. She has also walked the runway at New York Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week.
